You are welcome to linger in our relaxing lounge area before or after treatments. A range of complimentary herbal teas are available.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates. Due to overseas travel/work committments Gift Certificates are currently not available for sale. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thse gift certificates purchased in 2013 are valid for 3 months from date of purchase and are redeemable on Monday to Friday. Geranium House is open on Monday to Friday and is 'by appointment only'.
NEW CLIENTS
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your services so you can change into appropriate attire and relax before your treatment. Late arrival will mean that your treatment time will be customised.
BOOKINGS
Bookings are essential for all treatments. Credit card details are required at the time of booking. if using a Gift Certificate please quote the number on the Certificate at the time of booking and present your voucher prior to your treatment.
PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS, Cash.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and/or rescheduling require 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Group bookings of 2 or more people require a 48 hour cancellation notice or full cancellation fee will apply.As a therapist has been allocated to your treatments, full service fee will be forfeited if no notice is given.
ATTIRE
We will provide robes, slippers, towels & disposable underwear as required. Your modesty during treatments is taken into consideration - during all treatments your therapist will professionally drape you. If you prefer, you may bring your own swimwear for spa treatments. We recommend open toed shoes when you are having a pedicure.
Etiquette
Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off prior to entering the Spa.

Remember to book your next appointment before you leave to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.
